Needs updating , no complaints about the food though compliments to the chef. Staff friendly too
Prices were well within budget and the fact that I booked a family room for xmas eve was happy with the best result available.
Clean inexpensive adequate accommodation re: rooms. Friendly reception. Can not comment on other aspects as I did not use the restaurant, bar or other areas.
Nothing special. Classic British hotel made up of a row of converted houses. Mattress was most basic I experienced in a hotel for a long time.
Absolute rubbish! Would give 0 starts if I could. Room was old styled, there was a hole in the ceiling, the bed was screechy I could feel the springs! Absolute not worth the money. I was there for barely an hour. I have emailed them directly yet received so response. I called in was told I will receive a call from the manger but I didnt not!! Have emailed several times, not once did I get a reply, I was told over the phone the manager will give me a refund but he did not call me back! The gentleman at the front desk was very nice when I checked in, but its a shame about the actual hotel itself. That is the only good thing I can say! There were stains in the room and damp that was visible from afar! Atrocious
