Hotel clean meals and service fine but my elderly parents were in a double room for people with disabilities . The room was cold there was no hot water and it smelt damp. The hotel did try to remedy the situation but failed to understand the needs of the elderly nor did they understand that people in wheelchairs need a telephone in the room as they dont all have mobile phones and running to reception with problems is impossible so with each of their problems they had to suffer thru the night until we called on them in the morning. We have stayed here before and never had a problem this an otherwise trying few days even more so
Great parking with lots of spaces. Staff were courteous and very helpful, regarding where to get something to eat in the local area. Rooms were spacious and clean, air-conditioning worked perfect. Hotel had a new smell to it, hotel itself was immaculate.
