Up to the usual standards from my experience both recent and historical. Good range of well prepared food. A bit disappointing to have to pay for parking, especially at a machine that was not straight forward to use. Staff as friendly and helpful as ever.
Clean, quiet and modern. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was a little chilly for me but that's a personal preference. Surprisingly quiet given the town centre location.
This is a great hotel for a cheeky state of remorse off the staff here are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. we needed an early check-in as we were getting makeup done for an event that we were in Walsall and they bent over backwards and nothing was too much trouble for us I will definitely stay here again great place great people.
Very disappointed we went as a group of 4 and decided to choose from the festive menu and that was a problem. The triple cheese starter wasn't available then the rump steak was off the menu and was then told no sirloin steak either but we could have 2 ranch steaks instead. My partner chose this option not the best choice inferior quality steak not very tender. I settled for the Rib eye so no discounted food for me but steak was pretty tasty and came rare as ordered would of liked some tomato mushrooms and onion rings on plate to not just the fried onions and peas it was served with. Bar service was slow only one person behind bar.All in all very disappointing experience don't think I will be rushing back
Great room and great location - a nice spot. Service absolutely excellent. Really helpful and obliging staff in both hotel and restaurant. Breakfast really excellent (apart from a microwaved chewy veggie sausage). Huge range of item available at breakfast and excellent service again.Thank you to the staff for making our stay a tress free with two little ones.
