One of the best designed hotel where I ever been! Head room a bit low, so the very tall people may feel a bit small, but i was ok with 6'1. :) radiator tap was broke off, so was no heating in the room, but i think everywhere else was good and keep other rooms in right temperature my one. Only this why i put 4 stars, btw everything was good so far.
The bar had no drinks that I asked for very disappointing.
Headboard in room was full of bed bugs, granted they changed our room and give us two free drinks from the bar, which made everything much better.
I have stayed at over 100 hotels over the last couple of years and this has to be without doubt one of the worst !!! No heating and i mean NO HEATING in the room due to broken radiator (its January and -2) !!!! Really . Nice room but pity about the noise from other rooms ! Loud tv's and drunk workmen shouting in them ... The guy on reception honestly could not care less !! Even indicated to my van suggesting it may be quieter and warmer in there if I preferred?????
This place is fantastic value for money, the staff are great and very welcoming, right the way through from the barman to my waitress (Michelle), the rooms are nice and the food was exceptional.......I would highly recommend and will definatley be returning in the near future.....well done guys
