Wonderful Reception staff & nurses. No problem getting through to surgery or receiving prompt GP appointments. Been with this practice 40 years, would never willingly leave. If all medical centres were like this, there would be no complaints.
Years of good service. I've been with this surgery for about twenty years and under the care of a number of doctors. A GP became suspicious of a routine blood test and indeed, I was later diagnosed with kidney cancer. Thanks to her, I am still here. I've been looked after throughout and whilst things aren't always perfect, like everything else in the NHS, they do a great job.
Nice staff talkative too but appointment are few and far apart and they run late most of the time and google has the wrong opening and closing times.
Excellent staff and very well run.Nothing but praise for everyone involved.
I would suggest that your staff claim back the fee they were charged at ''The Charm School' It didn't work !!!!!
