Didnt know they still do week end appointments, still very quiet and did not get problem sorted. Just going round ic circles here
Absolute joke.Obviously our phone calls are not very important to you! Arent changes made for improvements Time to make my own changes I think.
Sick of prescriptions not been ready and been told there sent to lloyds pharmacy to be told thay haven't got them. Them having to call surgery again and wait half hour to be answered and go though it all over again medication being received sometimes more than a week late not good....
48 mins to answer the phone then no appointments till next plus the snotty cow on the phone defiantly time to change doctors that's not even mentioning the service you get when your there absolutely pathetic practise
