Receptionist are the worst Ive ever come across. Very rude, invasive, ignorant and to top it all incompetently inconsiderate. I dont know how they managed to keep their jobs. All doctors on the other hand are the best.
Been a patient at this surgery for over 2 decades. Always been looked after and taken care of thoroughly by all the Doctors at this surgery that I have seen (Dr Suri, Dr Muniyappa and lady Dr Suri). This surgery has gone above and beyond with any issues I have experienced. I would definitely recommend this surgery.
Excellent doctors surgery, doctors, nurses and reception staff have always been polite, professional and helpful. I've only ever had one bad experience here and that was with one of the doctors who I no longer go to so that was easily rectified. Remember we all have people that we don't get on with, just move on. Doctor Rebecca Suri is the nicest doctor I have ever had.
