Worst doctors ever. Messed my appointment around 3 times, then was told I could arrive up to 10 minutes after my appointment, got there 2 minutes late after phoning them and was told I was too late. Never going back

Customer service as such is non existent. Treated me like an idiot, patronising and when I was finally seen by the GP after 3 appointments, she didn't listen to me, just wanted me out of the door. When you feel vulnerable and in a lot of pain, that's the last thing you need. Decided to change practice.

Previously, I would have given here 5 stars, unfortunately the admin team has become somewhat incompetent. Wherever this is due to how busy it is, or the fact they've taken on 1/2 young faces (apprentices?), I'm not sure. I can't fault the doctors, they're always nothing but helpful. They forgot to send out the automatic appointment for my 2nd child's 8 week injections. When I rung in, I was told it wasn't a big deal and wait (!).Our health visitor said it wasn't good enough, but we had to accept an appointment a month late. We've made arrangements, only to have a call yesterday they managed to book it for seemingly the only day with no nurses on.We're now waiting to have this do well over 6 weeks late due to admin issues. Brilliant.Even better, we attended an emergency appointment and it took 35minutes on a Monday morning to book; fair enough. When we got there, it was empty, and the staff were having a good chinwag- so I called from the waiting room, only to get the "busy" tone. That means someone put the phones on "Do Not Disturb". Unprofessional.

was told I could register despite being outside the cachement area due to my commute. filled in forms and was advised to wait 10 days to make an appointment. 5 weeks later the practice still haven't registered me. was told GP over-rode decision to accept me. was told was left a voicemail but wasn't and anyhow had asked for communication by text/letter/email as I can't answer phone at work. still without GP. almost impossible to get through on phone (50 attempts in 3 days). given incorrect information several times. terrible service.

have always found it almost impossible to just get an answer to a telephone call. After speaking with others have come to realise this is a common experience of many over an extended period. not good if you are really unwell
