Disgusted with the service, can't be trusted with your wellfare. Treated my husband for constipation for months, had to beg for further tests to be done turned out that he'd got stage 2 colon cancer. Had to go through emergency 8 hour operation to take away the cancerous blockage, now thanks to their superb service he has to go through 7 months of weekly Chemo sessions. I'm certain we would be arranging his funeral now if i hadn't demanded tests.
Staff really don't seem to care. Always misdiagnosed or pushed out the door. First incident Pillai accused my parents of abusing me when it was just shortness of breath from anxiety. Next we had to beg for allergy tests which turned out to be severe Ibuprofen allergy and peanut allergy, then my dad had to suffer with bowel cancer for months when they misdiagnosed it at constipation. Still not even acknowledged their mistake. Waste of time and potentially dangerous to life.

Been calling since 8am... You know...when they open... For an appointment. Been ringing for 18 minutes. Put phone down and tried to call again. Only to get "the surgery is now closed" absolute joke. Will be looking at swapping doctors this week because this is appalling!
My recent visit to the nurse was her on her phone looking at the weather forecast not interested in my well being and have continued to suffer for a very long time will be changing doctors shortly poor service
