Hannah in reception has been an absolute godsend helping myself and my daughter move to this drs surgery. Very helpful girl during very difficult times. Got my daughter in for an emergency appointment the same day I asked, even though we hadnt even switched drs at the time. Dr Gill was brilliant and helpful too.
Dr.Gill is the best doctor in this practice, he has an exceptional manner and is very helpful - I definitely recommend him. The receptionists are always pleasant, & always notify if there is a delay. Appointments are usually given within a week, and cancellations are offered if available. Overall a good practice.
Very good practice. The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and caring, especially Doctor Gill. The reception staff are always pleasant and helpful whenever I ring up or visit. I can always get an appointment within a week.
Receptionist are so welcoming, professional amd polite. Experienced with nurses.were always good. In terms of doc I am not happy. From my personal experienced Dr Patel is not capable enough to assess a patient efficiently. I saw other patients too not happy with Dr Patel. He seems nice but not efficient enough. They did fail to address my concerns which landed my child in the hospital because I do not exaggerate. My child had to suffer because Doctors their sent me back thrice by saying seems just viral. Where I was telling them clearly that my child is not breathing normally and having (look like) asthma attack. So I feel doctors in this surgery do not listen to the patient, they judge what they see at that moment even if the patient is giving the different background. Doctors in this surgery does not seem to explain the treatment and illness I have. They just say take thag medication, do this and that. Patient should know why and what he or she is taking. I think they need to be more careful bcz they are dealing with the People's health. I wish them good luck to improve. In terms of their behaviour with patients according to me is very good. But I expect efficiency from them nkt friendliness.
I've had great experience with the doctors here - they're great listeners. All staff are extremely caring and professional. Dr Gill has a lovely bedside manner. I really value his opinion and would highly recommend him.
