Takes ten minutes minimum to get through to someone no matter what time you call! Horrendous
They will pick phone after 10 minutes what a rubbish service
This is a terrible surgery and the receptionists are rude and unwilling to help at all even when the surgery have made mistakes. They have for three weeks sent my father's prescription's late to the chemist or not at all he's had to wait three days without meds which are for his heart after a triple bypass and this is the 3rd time this has happened and the surgery take no responsibility and are rude
This is horrible doctors thay keep u ring the phone thay do not answer I was calling and I walked in there and I was still ringing that was just sat there doing Nuthing and when I asked why thay was not answering thay sed its because thay was packed no one was in there
Very poor service.. I called morning and talked about 9 munites to get the appointment. But very disappointed when I went to see doctor. They said I have no appointment. When I show my call history.. Thay said this is there error.. Waste of time..
