Started out thinking they were a decent company with an honest point of view - so wrong!! Bought a car that had recently been serviced by their mechanic. Test drive wasn't the best as battery wouldn't start (was told it'd been idle for 3 weeks and was guaranteed a brand new battery fitted on site if we had any problems), brakes were a bit spongey but again we were told they were new calipers and had to settle over a couple of drives. Possibly air in the hose. After 2 weeks of the battery light coming on and them either trying to fob us off or not responding, got a new battery fitted - only to find out it's the alternator! Not only that, the brakes are still spongey because the brakes hadn't been bled when the calipers were changed!? Absolutely shocking service and would not recommend! The bumper clip had come loose so the 'mechanic' was going to stick a nail in the front... luckily the salesman stopped him. Should've known then not to trust...
