Avoid at all costs, bought a car thinking it was great but let me tell you how wrongFor a start car sales men are very sneaky and dont do any paper work in front of you Left with a car that had a few minor faults which we could easily fix but got half way home then the abs light came on,glass in wing mirror had nearly fallen out, passengers window doesnt go down from there side, and to top it off only a day after having it it wont start Dont waste your time or money on this place spend 6 and a half hours to be sold a pile of rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most sneakiest car garage ever make you feel so insecure Not even had the car 48 hours and warning lights are on battery is dead, passenger window doesnt go down and the bulbs flicker on and off. Supposedly had an MOT as well which is a complete lie. Will be contacting trading standards
I've been a car salesmen myself and the experience that I have had over the weekend by this garage explains why customers don't like to visit car showrooms any more and think the worst of us.I applied online and provided copies that was requested and got a phone call saying that I've been approved for a full lend through their own internal lender. Which is great but because of the distance I wanted to make sure that everything was in place and the particular I was after was onsite in Wolverhampton. The salesman I spoke to stated I have nothing to worry about and everything was approved and there is a few cars the same here.He again phoned me Saturday morning to confirm the details and to make sure of my attendance. He again confirmed I've been accepted and the car was there. I had to wait until my misses finished work, bearing in mind we were both excites to be picking our new car up and she had been working since 7am. We travelled 2 and a half hours to the location and got asked for all my details again and proofs and then I got a phone call from the finance company saying they are unable to assist? And when questioned about it to the salesmen, they stated that they won't know until you come down to the showroom till they receive an acceptance. Even worse, looking around all the cars in the showroom and outside, there was NOT 1 car even near what I asked for? So I wasted 6 hours of a day and 40 in fuel, which was mentioned to be refunded to me but we shall see. If anyone is buying from here, I'd suggest being cautious. I've now managed to sort myself a car now and had a lot less hassle.Looking forward to hearing the companies response. UPDATE - nearly half a year on and still no response, but having a look at other accurate reviews, "the manager" hasn't responded to any...
Drove two hours to get here after speaking to a sales man that assured me I would be driving away with a car that day. When we arrived we were there for a further 4 and a half hours! The car that I previously told the sales man on the phone that Id like to view werent even there. I then put a deposit down which I was told was refundable, on a picture deal and was told the car would be there in 7-10 working days. No paperwork was sent through to me or any finance forms. I called on the 7th day to ask about the car as no one had been in touch. I then called again on the tenth day and asked them to cancel the deal as something was just not sitting right with this place. I have called three times now asking about my refundable deposit and no one has done anything about it. What a waste of my day off! Hoping someone will see this and be able to contact me! Ive sent ample emails and no response.
Just had the perfect car sold to me by one of the sales men Harvey! He found me the most amazing car which stayed in my budget and I am so thankful for this! I was also able to drive away the same day thanks to Harvey! I highly recommend this Mark Andrews Car Centre!
