Dont expect aftercare.I brought a VW Crafter off Pick my motor on 21.11.18. The sale went through well and I found the staff helpful and polite. The vehicle was sold with 12 months MOT, however when I checked the infantry, it turned out that it hadnt had a service for over two years. What was more worrying was the pool of oil that was growing under the van on my drive. I spoke to Kal and he instructed me to get the leak fixed when I had the van serviced and they would reimburse me for the work.Once the oil coolant gasket was fixed, I sent Pick my Motor a photo copy of the receipt (for 75) with a cover letter via email. After having no correspondence from the company for a few weeks, I made a follow up phone call and was informed by Kal no email had been received, and to resend so they could pay it asap. Email resent and still no reply from Pick my motor. The email was resent for a third time and a hard copy was put in the post, still no reply. Follow up emails were also sent asking them to contact me, again no contact from Pick my motor. By mid-January I started to make daily phone calls to the company, to be told they had found the email and it would be paid that day or, on more than one occasion the girl forgot to pay it and it will be paid now. Finally, after a week of daily calls payment was made while I waited on the phone.To this day my V5C document hasnt come through.
Very helpful staff, friendly team of people. If anyone is looking for a used car I'd recommend a visit to this place. Good choice & reasonabley priced vehicles.
