This vets was great when I first joined, and really made me feel comfortable and I was happy with their advise. However when all the new staff arrived I havent been very happy with the advise I have been given. I dont feel like they are reassuring me or telling me information that they themselves are confident is right. My dog used to get the best treatment and now they dont seem to know what theyre doing and I dont feel happy with the service Im receiving. I have to ask questions to even get so information out of them. Truly gone down hill if you ask me.
You guys at White Cross Vets brilliant. Very professional, but its a nice relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for taking great care of my little mouse. It's like even the little animals are important.
The best thing about this practice is you can tell just how much the vets and staff care about your pets. Wonderful service and a great environment. Have recommended to friends and family. Thank you :)
When my cat came home with a wound on his back I telephoned and was given an appointment for thirty minutes later. This was our first time at this practice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The vet was great with our cat. He behaved really well which I think was due to the gentle treatment he received. Diagnosis and advice was greatly received and it didnt break the bank either. Thank you.
Sorted out my little dog for cystitis. Tom is brilliant and explains in detail what they're doing and why. He's very patient and caring along with the rest of the staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.Kathryn is just lovely and so helpful. She's been looking after pepper for a while now and has gone out of her way to sort specialist help and medication. It simply wouldn't make sense to go anywhere else. You know your pet will be given the 5 star treatment every time .
