Booked an apt for my cat as his foot had an abscess by the claw. The apt was booked for 0930hrs but we did not go in to see the vet till 1000hrs. There was no communication to say they were running behind or by how long, we were not kept informed. Once we went into see the vet nothing was explained properly, there were no clear instructions advice, he told us very quickly what he was going to do gave us a price and said so shall we do that. Without explaining follow up treatment, if we needed to come back, he took my cat and washed and shaved the paw. There was nothing to wash and it was a clean wound which was just swollen. So feel this was done and unjustified. After this the vet didnt tell us what he had saw or how the wound had been caused or what after care we needed to do. The vet prescribed tablets and didnt ask if the cat could take them which he cant so good job I mentioned he needed the liquid syringe medication. The vet did not give the cat a collar until we asked even tho we were charged for it. We had to ask the receptionist what he had actually had done. The communication, clarity and advice was appalling. The receptionist then after paid said oh the vet has put on the system you need to come back in 5 days but up till this point he has not mentioned any follow up. Also once home have noticed that while shaving part of the paw they have cut the other toe and caused that to be an open wound and bleed. For 133 I feel that the service we got was unsatisfactory.

Excellent service, seen many vets with my dogs chest problems, vet here spotted the problem right away and successfully treated her. She's a super vet, kind and considerate. All staff are kind and helpful.
We went with a cat. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were all lovely and friendly. They were very proffessional.They kept us informed about what they were doing and costs. Very good visit.
I've always took my pets to this vets as I feel very comfortable with the service they give. The staff are fantastic and very polite n helpful I have every faith in the staff here and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I could not wish for a better vets. I wish them all the best and keep up the good work. They give u support every time these are some of my cats who had cat flu and without the help n support of the vets and myself n my family would of died. So I'm so proud of all my nine fury friends I wouldn't be with out them they are my world
