In all seriousness, I see how the electronic ticket system SHOULD work. In fact, I expect it works great at times. However, I missed a bus trying to post a parcel because I did not know there was a ticket system. Two members of staff had noticed I was confused as I was about to confront about 10 people who what I thought at the time had queue jumped. Turns out they had been on the electronic system. None of these staff members approached or showed any sign of concern even though, I would find it hard to believe it wasnt blatantly obvious that I was unaware. I suggest appointing someone to walk around and assist people. The elderly must have no clue what on Earth they are doing, didnt appear like there was anyone to help either way.
Postman is lazy, never knocks door or rings bell, just pushes card through door and runs off, this is every parcel I want delivered to me.. Tried ringing Royal Mail office at Walsall, they never answer the phone. No wonder people are using alternative carriers. Get with the times R.Mail other carriers email you when in your street ready to deliver, why not you!! You enter contract for parcel to be delivered spend a lot of money then still have to go to delivery office to collect it, with no parking and sullen staff.
