Went in to post a letter for next day delivery the owner served me he quoted me 10.50 I thought he was joking.... That is the second time in the last 12 months I've been to bloxwich post office and it is definitely the last I have never come across such a rude arrogant man, I went to blakenall post office same letter 1.77 ????In future I will just go straight to blakenall and get helpful service with a smile
Staff are friendly and helpful. Queue can be a bit of a pain but not too bad considering the place is rather on the small size, but otherwise it's great.
Staff are helpful & polite, would help disadvantage customers. They provide passport check & send , driving license , take passport photos, travel money and many other services which you will expect at post office.
As a local Ive used this post office many times and witnessed the rude staff on many occasions. Yesterday the girl on the pay counter was rude and abrupt when I tried to drop a parcel off. You may have a captive audience guys (and girls!) but the Mossley isnt that far away. Pop in and see how to treat people with decency. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!
Long queues at peak times, however you'll get that at every post office. There's at least two staff on at all times, considering there's only four windows that's pretty good.I've been in a handful of times and the staff have been polite and helpful.
