Awful! Every time I book a repair you literally have to stand waiting at the window otherwise they'll tap the door and leave. Some members of staff in the call centre are just plain rude and you just have to look at the state my cellar is in to know how Whg look after their tenants!
My god look at your reviews you seriously need to look at your performance. You let people suffer antisocial behaviour sewage and infestation problems . You also don't care about disabled and state of your propertys if people do home swap you remove secured tenancy with out any advisories of this . Why do I say all this because every one of these I have experienced !!@
Contacted whg last 2 weeks on Friday had call from lettings about my problem was quickly sorted out very helpful and also contacted me by email excellent service whg
They Rent property out which is a health hazard and not repaired correctly.There properties fail the HHSRS health and safety standards. Standards.Do not turn up to appointments.Fail there part of the tenant housing contract.Have no duty of care for people suffering with disabilities. You cannot talk to the people that you need to.Their complaints system is a joke.
some of your staff need to be trained better (1) MAN ON MY DOOR STEP GRUNTING AT ME AND THEN I FIND OUT HE IS FROM W H G TO DO A GAS SAFETY CH . NO I D AND I HAD NO LETTER TO SAY THAT IT WAS TO BE DONE .(2)THE MAN ON YOUR SWITCHBOARD TOOK DETAELS THEN STILL ON THE SOME CALL WITH ME HAD A CHAT AND A JOKE WITH SOME ONE IN THE OFFICE (3) last year not a full check was done no flue check no smoke bomb check so i think your standards are fulling sorry to say
