Horrible and rude staff, not really helpful or understanding staff when you call them up and just try to put you off the phone, stayaway from crooks
One member of staff had a attitude and put the phone down on me the next had an attitude too. There's no customer service or professionalism.

I would like to "thank" the extremely insensitive female at the Walsall Registry Office who 'phoned me at approx. 3.00 p.m. on Christmas eve to notify me that as the error on the death certificate for my late husband - an incorrect date of birth - was not the fault of the Registry office (the death had been registered by the coroner), I would have to sort out the mess in the New Year when the Coroner's office and the Registry office would re-open.How unsympathetic and uncaring can anyone be?
Its a great place to get birthed married or deaded. If you live in walsall mind.
