Excellent service this morning when posting parcels. Given advice and helped to get cheapest postage price. Staff went the extra mile. Thank you.
@RaaraKitsune, I hope you understand that sometimes staff just want to make sure you realise something because not everyone knows. In my opinion this isnt rude. Its confirming that you know about something as it may look/seem as if you were confused. Ive had nothing but good service there. Plus if you didnt hear her, how do you know what was asked in the first place?
Really annoyed with the service!!! Staff member asked what postage I want, but couldn't hear her very well, so I said "what?" then she proceeded to say "You do know you have to pay for postage, don't you?" And replied, "Well yeah, you don't need to tell me that." Unnecessarily rude and surprised with how rude she was, I might just avoid it Pelsall Post Office from now on...
Focus on postal side now used fo diversify
The people that run this post office are amongst the most arrogant and incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure to come across. They seem to only give you the most expensive price option for posting items and they just don't seem to know what they are doing.
