Jo and the team are always super friendly and happy to help, and Yusuf is extremely patient and explains everything to you. Can't fault them.
I called for an emergency appointment due to tooth pain - Jo the practice manager was incredibly rude throughout the entire phone conversation, I have never previously had this sort of experience with any other dental practice. I tried to enquire regarding the cost of the consultation, instead I was met with an aggressive tone and Jo appeared frustrated that I would even be asking how much the consultation would cost as "I was either in pain or I wasn't and therefore should take the appointment if I was truly in pain" regardless of the cost. She initially stated that the cost would be 65-80 for any treatment, we went around in circles with me trying to establish how much the consultation itself would be - after a few minutes she was finally able to tell me that it would be 35ish, if I had no treatment. Jo treated me as if I was an inconvenience throughout the conversation and as someone who already was in a lot of pain, you can imagine that this is the last thing you would want to be faced with.The initial part of the telephone conversation was spent - with Jo appearing to believe that "I had called the wrong dental practise" despite me giving her my full name and DOB, She then proceeded to break data protection - by confusing me with another patient and telling me another patients name, full address and the procedure that they had, had - which was totally shocking. I have never experienced such rude behaviour and lack of professionalism by a staff member who ironically is the practice manager. The dentist himself appeared competent and was able to create a management plan for my required dental procedures.
The best dentist I've had, Staff and orthodontist are amazing, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The place is clean and has relaxed welcoming atmosphere, makes you feel at ease especially if you don't like going to the dentist. The waiting time whilst you are there are also minimal. Would highly recommend to anyone especially if you've had bad experience elsewhere in Walsall like I did. Keep the good work guys.
Extremely clean and welcoming. Staff are really helpful and I couldn't be more happier choosing this place today for my little one.
I had an excellent experience here. I had Invisalign treatment here.The appointments were extremely thorough and the male dentist I saw was fantastic. He explained the procedures, pros and cons, and all the available options. I could only do a certain day because of work commitments and an appointment was always made available. The staff were great too, very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend Lovely practice
