The dentist gave a freezing injection and didnt even notice it at all and didnt hurt, unlike other dentists, very experienced and professional he knows what hes doing, the best dentist ive came across defenitely recommend for all ages, excellent service and people, the dentist truly enjoys what hes doing and a cosy atmosphere!
I have just had my first appointment, and it isn't often one can say that a trip to the dentist is a pleasure, but this one was. Reception staff are welcoming and helpful, and Dr Gatrad put me at my ease and explained everything very clearly. Highly recommended.
Disappointing level of service when discussing my daughter's potential braces. Never got to see Dr Allsopp although he was there but rather a lady who was also dealing with reception and letting a patient in downstairs at a key point in the consultation. She was reading from notes made by Dr Allsopp. She told us about how she had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr Allsopp and risk that she could have ended up with a paralysed jaw which was not really appropriate as we had explained our daughter was apprehensive. Will be seeking advice and treatment elsewhere.
Brilliant practice I have seen a few of the dentists there over the years that I have been attending all are great. Cannot thank Dr Allsopp enough after having a sleepless Saturday night he opened the practice on a Sunday morning and solved the problem. The staff are a credit to the practice and always so helpful.
Very lovely staff. FROM 2 Years with them so far no issues. My 6yrs old love them so much every month she asks me to take her to visit them.
