Becky was the estate agent that I was dealing with throughout the whole process. She was pleasant and very friendly. We encountered some issues but Becky was more than helpful and could contact her at anytime for any queries. She would follow up everything so quickly and respond back to me in minutes, whether this be via phone or email. She is wonderful and the company and Becky did everything to ensure I had a smooth sale when purchasing for the first time. I couldnt have asked for a better person to have dealt with. Ours was a slightly complicated sale involving a buyer with a bridging loan which introduced a lender's solicitor on top of the usual buyer's and seller's solicitors. Goodchilds were excellent at driving the process and chasing the solicitors for feedback throughout to keep things moving. It felt as though our sale mattered and they were always up to date with the process which isn't the experience i've had in the past with some of the larger chains. Value for money was excellent.
