Very unprofessional! Manager at the branch is very unprofessional in his approach, and also decides to hang up mid conversation! Will never be using globe properties again or recommending them. Extremely poor letting agent. Keep away!
I have used Globe property to manage my properties for over 5 years. Service has been fantastic. They have always helped to find suitable tenants. The properties have been well managed and any problems sorted efficiently. Very reasonably priced. All staff have been helpful, polite and friendly with prompt email correspondence. Would not consider using anyone else.
Absolutely appalling service. Used them to manage my property for 2 years. Had to chase everything. I have lovely tenants and they also had to chase them to get anything done. Their contractors were extortionate. Rude staff and threatened me with legal action for not paying a bill they hadnt sent.I left them a year ago and Im writing this now as they told me a month ago they had some post for me (from a year ago). Asked them to send it on and now theyve lost it.Hopeless.
