Helpful staff, great building and a great place to find the books you would like to borrow. Perfect place to relax in for 5-10 mins away from the hectic world outside.

Helpful staff and such a great range of books to borrow. I do think 50p per sheet using coloured ink is a bit of a steep jump from the 10p black and white.
