Really nice staff - helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. The childrens section is diverse and well stocked. Plenty of adult literature from fiction to self-help. Computers are available to use for a small charge. Electronic check-in / check-out is good but means a missed opportunity to engage with the pleasant staff. Clubs & group meetings are held regularly and access is wheelchair friendly. Always spotlessly clean, peaceful and relaxing. One of the best local libraries Ive been in and certainly my favourite in Walsall. Thank you for a great facility Walsall Council and to all the super staff who work there.
Been going to Brownhills Library now for a number of years.It is an excellent place. Good range of books. Decent computers. The staff are literally 'superb'. Pleasant and very helpful. Top Notch!
