Best pure gym in my area.
Equipment is in good condition. A bigger free weights section would be perfect
It's a great gym, the main thing that I love about this gym is that is open 24/7
Very good gym.Location is very good. Located in middle of town. Staff and PT are very good and friendly.Very good environment. Clean and maintain all health and safety.
It's ok, especially if you like training anti social hours, after 8pm etc. In which case you'll probably find some parking in and around some of the car parks around the gym which don't charge at those times otherwise during the day, unless you can get there walking, bike bus or train you'll not readily find parking without having to pay and display. The gym itself I'd say is more suited to the novice to intermediate lifter or someone who enjoys cardio as there are a good few running, cycling, cross trainer type set ups. The free weights area is very small and hasn't changed much over the years, not much investment seems to go into that area of the gym. It's a scales down version of Sweat gym across the road (which does include parking) but is cheaper and open 24 hrs.
