Great old school type of gym, has a lot of equipment, but seems to all be pushed in so there is not much free space down stairs, upstairs there is a bit more space for your punch bags and training mat. There are 2 boxing rings and upstairs both in good condition, prices are good, unfortunately no customer parking but there are some side roads which you can park on that are only a short walk away,
Very well equipped gym, friendly helpful staff. Seems intimidating initially but actually is a nice supportive community.
