The most supportive coaching/community environment you could wish for. Cannot recommend highly enough, for all activity levels.

I love this place. Excellent coaching and programming and good quality equipment. Plus a great community where you'll be supported to achieve things you didn't know your body was capable of! I joined CrossFit Walsall 2 years ago thinking I was quite fit, well I discovered there's fit and then there's CrossFit fit. Please don't be put off if you think it will be hard, it will be hard..... But at a level that is right for you. Jason will scale the workout for everyone so that everyone can do it to their ability. In 2 years I can lift weights I'd never imagined, climb a rope and do pull ups, just to name a few things. And no, I don't look bulky. I love how my body has changed since taking up CrossFit. My favourite thing about CrossFit Walsall though is the people. Everyone supports each other whether it's with eating habits, through a workout or going to watch members compete (don't worry you don't have to enter competitions unless you want to). Go try it!!
CrossFit Walsall is a revelation! After years of bouncing from couch-potato to gym, to boxercise, to couch-potato I finally found a refreshing and rewarding place to train! At first CrossFit can be a little daunting as you venture into the unknown, but the other members are really encouraging and embracing (many new best friends made!) and the rewards are immense! Every day is different, every day is a challenge, everyday Coach pushes you harder than you would normally push yourself to get the best out of you! It really is a pleasure to train at CrossFit Walsall and I would highly recommend it!
