Could do with some newer machines but its a great gym with a great environment
1st visit today, session free so i can see if I liked. I did, it's got all you need, some old kit but hits the body part sweet. If your seriously looking to get some where, bodybuilding/power lifting you have to try it out. About 10 guys in all training hard, no egos at all. Met owner and he's old school, decent bloke with a lot of knowledge. This gym is yonks old and been there for nearly 40 years so that should say something. I'm out of area but I'm coming over once a week in future.Hope this helps some of you guys and gals out there.
