My experience with this store is shocking. They don't answer the phones, staff come across very patronising. There is clearly a lack of man management, as staff will rather stand talking amongst themselves then greet customers as they enter. Customer should be welcomed immediately and that's just basic customer service. For this particular store, stay clear.

Poor customer service stood in there for over 20 minutes to be seen to order a phone two ladies working there kept staring at me as if I was trying to rob the shop so they knew i was there waiting to be served and as I went to leave as couldn't be bothered waiting any longer they asked me do I need anything I felt like saying no just thought I would stand her for 20 minutes as it looks like a great place to stand
