My wife and I stayed her recently and I have to say that it was fantastic. We have stayed in hotels all over the world, but this must rate as one of our favourites. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are amazing.
My husband and I celebrated our birthday at The Fairlawns Hotel and Spa. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. We had booked the superior suite which on entering the room found it was too small for our needs. The staff were amazing and immediately got the room exchanged to a larger room. The customer service was amazing and the staff are really genuinely friendly. The room was really clean, food was great and the spa facilities are excellent. Special thanks to Rachel who made our birthday evening really special and also Josh for his excellent hospitality over breakfast each morning. We will definitely be going again.
Second stay and more impressed than the first. It's very clean, the staff are very polite and friendly. Good spa facilities, impressed with the outdoor hot tubs. Room was lovely, good size and very clean.Certainly will be going back.
Visited the hotel for an anniversary and had a great time. The spa was so relaxing and we popped to the pub very nearby. Room was comfy and had all the amenities we would ever need. The staff and other guests were extremely friendly. Only thing I would change would be the frosted glass door on the bathroom to add a bit more privacy.
A fantastic hotel. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The staff are so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Lovely comfortable bedroom. We didn't have chance to use the spa but it looked very popular and those that had been said how good it was. The breakfast was plentiful and waitress service for anything cooked. Would definitely go back.
