We've used D Grainger Roofing at least 3 times over the past few years, and always been more than pleased with the results (hence us using them more than once). Firstly, we had a survey done on the house we ended up buying (in Sutton Coldfield, B74) which came back that some repointing repairs needed between the felt upstand and the main house walls. As non-roofers, we had no idea what this meant! So we contacted Dave from D Grainger Roofing, and he went out the following day to determine the extent of the issues and give us the lowdown. Once we bought the house, we had Dave back to carry out the repairs needed (including replacement of fascias and soffits, which has noticeably improved the appearance of the house on that side). He did a cracking job, for a very reasonable price, and even replaced some damaged tiles on the front of the roof (which we didn't even know about previously) and cleaned out our guttering, both at no extra charge.More recently, we had Dave back again to look at a leaky flat roof that we had. He came out on a Sunday (as that was the earliest we were free) and resolved the issue - for a great price too.Cracking service, cracking chap, very highly recommended.
Fantastic service, quoted on the Tuesday for the job, and completed on the Friday having been contacted on Tuesday. Very prompt service. Work required was a full replacement on a flat roof. Work completed in a day. Easily contactable also.Excellent price also
