Mr Ward attending my property this morning to fix a problem with the toilet and blocked pipework underground.He was very professional and a very nice chap. He had all the tools and got the problem fixed surprisingly quickly - clearly knows what he is doing - I would definitely hire him again for any of my plumbing and heating needs. Absolute Top Man.
We had a problem with the pop up waste on the bathroom sink. Local heros was a waste of time and so I looked for a local plumber myself and came across Wards plumbing. I described the problem to Simon and he told me that he would try to get to us the same afternoon. Sure enough he came and fixed the fault quickly and efficiently although it was tricky to do. From our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending Simon if it's a reliable plumber you want.
Surely a plumbing treasure. Initially called to repair a toilet flush pipe and though the flush button was beyond repair he sourced a used button and returned to fit it same day. Truly above and beyond what I would have expected. Today, Simon has returned to service my CH boiler and multipoint heater. The care and detailed process (never experienced with previous services) were superb. He left everything as he found it, clearing any mess and then a generous discount for having two appliances serviced. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Simon.
