Very comfortable seats lovely staff would go again
Very good . Clean , friendly staff and not overly packed .always use this cinema .never disappoints.
Staff very friendly and helpful, the seats were very comfy, actually didn't have a numb bum by end of film! (Which was 2hrs 15 mins long...Bohemian Rhapsody)
The cinema itself is ok... I just feel that it is very outdated compared to other cinemas. If you want a peaceful experience and don't mind no cup holder then it's worth going :)
Thanks to the Light Cinema opening in Walsall, Showcase has become a lot quieter, so if you want a peaceful trip to the cinema this place is ideal. It features a fair amount of arcade machines which are perfect for any gaming enthusiast, and also features a lounge so you can wait for someone to pick you up in comfort.Don't just go to the Light for convenience sake, as this cinema has just enough going for it to make the extra journey worthwhile.
