Ordered twice now, both times the food was great! Delivery is always within time given on JustEat, and the delivery guys are nice!
Half the order was wrong and when calling them, the person on the call was rude stating that soft noodles are chow mein, wouldnt recommend at all! Stay well away
Terrible service today from a place we use twice a week. Understood problems theve had before with meals delivered in two parts with things cold and people having eaten before the rest of the meal was delivered. Person taking the order over the phone was rude and not helpful at all today and meal was terrible too. We will not be dining here again due to the complete unsatisfactory way a genuine issue was dealt with and to a regular customer as they could see. The call handler was more concerned about the job she was employed for instead of asking senior staff how to deal with the problem we were just passed off. Will be losing 40-50 per week over negligence. Well done, plenty of good if not better competition around
