How youve got 4 stars shocks me. The receptionists are rude and ruin it for the surgery.Dr Brand is such a nice man but getting through the engaged tone - then the person answering to being able to get an actual appointment is the hard bit. I work full time too!
Saw a gp today who seemed very irritated by my presence. I found him to be bad tempered and frankly rude. I left the practice upset. I will not wish to consult him again. Generally a very good practice and ive always been happy with their care previously
