Went today 31 12 18 mr bannister to swap an unwanted gift and simply exchange my item i had lost my reciept and zoe told me she was too busy to do it her attitude was terrible i wouldnt mind so much but she was chatting to a collegue for ages doin nowt very dissapointed

Layout of the shop isn't great but location and parking is handy.
The staff were so friendly! Everything was clean and organised. One staff exceeded my expectations by a milestone! The customer care was on point. It was also a pretty big store!
