Space feels really dark and cramped. Needs a better lay out.

Rude staff had to ask 2 members of staff 3 times to try a pair of 170 shoes, staff didn't want to know or help as they were on a mannequin and had to be taken off. Shoes fit perfect but i ordered online elsewhere. Store is poised for closure as so many before them, with rude staff like this stores can not survive!
