Ripped off
Very disappointed!!! they lost my paper work I was refused my last treatment since I was pregnant which is understandable anyways I paid in bulk and now after having my baby etc I come to find out the have lost my details. Disgusting that means my personal information is floating around. I will be taking this further it is concerning how they handle personal info about clients. I was told I can't have the same offer and the prices have gone up so I can't have any treatment I have lost my money. I shall be taking this further under the consumers act 2015 which is there to protect the company and consumer I was well with in my rights. Not to mention they don't have any terms and conditions writen about buying in bulk treatments they actually made them up on the spot. disgusting can't believe after dealing with customer complaints for 3 years I've never treat any customer the way this very small shop did who is trying to make themselves into a well established company unfortunately you need be more professional they are opening in great Barr so she said I will definitely be the first to write a review to warn customers and I actually very was speaking to the manager the owner seriously don't blame your older workers flipping fix the issue!!

Initially went here to have a facial with Sonia, she gave me a fantastic treatment and i was then referred to the Jewellery Quarter Branch. Very exciting company with exciting treatments - thinking about laser hair removal next lol
